This column seems to indicate that Elections Canada has proof other parties do the "in-and-out" thing, but refuse to do anything about it.
Do they have an axe to grind against Harper?
Regardless, the rules need to be applied fairly. If what the Conservatives are doing is wrong, then so be it. They will have to pay back the money.
But if that's true, Elections Canada better apply the same rules to every party.
Same thing here in Manitoba. How did the NDP get such a soft landing for their union scheme?
