More support for the east side

First Nations leaders are now standing up and supporting the shorter route on the east side. When will the NDP clue in and reverse their decision?

  1. Hmmm.... so, you have a First Nations leader of various Northern communities (only a few of which I would suspect at all overlap with areas affected by the Transmission line) supporting the line. One or two local communities also supporting the line. As opposed to the countless other communities one would have to contact BY LAW to build the eastside line?

I know you hate public administration, but please, don't let your intense hatred blind you to it's realities. One would have to CONSULT dozens of Eastside communities and get a consensus to go ahead with the project, like the Eastside Road Authority is doing. It's not a timely thing to do nor costless, regardless of what folks like you with Selinger Derangement Syndrome think.

  2. So First Nations opinions only count when they agree with the NDP?
Wait until you see the lawsuits fly on the west side - and not just from First Nations. Hope you enjoy that crow.

  3. Now I understand why neither NDP nor PC want to run the line down the middle. Boorrinng. How do we expose the other sides connections without pointing out the advantages to the left or the right (err... I mean, East or West.)

Smack! I'm such a newbie. Thanks guys.
